一、工地状况
工人出工：2人，不足半天，调整瓦片，锯突出木钉
志愿者出工人数：11人
内容：刷桐油，搭木棚，搬木头，淮玉值日二、总结
Erick：采纳罗岚由下往上清理刷柱的方法。
浩恩：在台湾，很多材料在零售店就可以买现成的。在这里，体会到亲自动手处理细节的快乐。
David:第一次体会爬高。
肖老师:明天中午2：00—3：00做礼拜。
Eagle:恐惧爬高，所以不太会主动去做事情。但是会更加懂得珍惜。
开金：在沙洲过渡的时候，因为有人抢队，开车时有点猛。
刘欢：下午很累，只在2楼做事。
品尚：真实体验爬高。
工地上的东西不能乱放。
Liason: 去沙洲，看到水上漂木房，头次经历山体滑坡。

08AUG09, sarturday, cloudly
1、status:
number of workers: two masters+eleven volunteers
working for: masters: adjust tiles and saw treenails.
volunteers: brush tong oil, move timbers, put up a shed.
Huaiyu is on duty.2、summary:
Erick: clean from up to down.
Haoen: In taiwan, many material could be bought by finished product.
Here, we could deal with some details by ourselves. It's great!
David: It's my first time climbed so high.
Xiao: hold a prayer meeting tomorrow at 2:00pm.
Eagle: afraid to climb high, so not active to do things, but deeply realize i should cherish more.
Kai: Someone cut in on the queue as crossing river, I drived wild, a bit dangerous.
brother huan: be tired afternoon, worked on the second floor.
pingshang: climb high in real.
suggestion: things should be in order at the work field.
liason: on the way to Shazhou, found wood houses floating on water surface,
experienced landslide for the first time.

一、 工地状况
出工人数：5人+8人志愿者
出工时间：半天
内容：挂瓦。
二、 总结
嘉文：“纤夫式”拉斗斗车，省力。
边钉椽子边钉瓦不科学，震动原因会使瓦挂的不齐。三、 新增6名队员

07AUG09, Friday, sunny turn to cloudy
1、status:
number of workers: five masters & eight volunteers
working for: put tiles on roof.
time: half a day
2、summary:
Jiawen: It is labour-saving to push barrow by working like the tracker.
It's not scientific to nail rafters and put tiles simultanenously because the vibration could make the tiles uneven.
3、six members join us: erick, eagle, Haoen, Xiao ane, Pingshang, david
4、plan for tomorrow:
Jenny: be responsible for brushing tong oil and sawing timber(standard: 3*4).
boss liu, kai and liason go to shazhou for measurement.

开金装车最牛。
施工场地需要规划，土方下车选址不对。
三、 明天早上盖瓦，下午加固基础及刷桐油。
